We have added Internal Learning and Growth as a separate project as we strongly believe in developing and improving our own service capacity in order to most effectively deliver services to our local communities.
We are constantly working to increase Calabash Trust’s own growth towards a well established organisation, continuously reflecting and learning from our practice, and contributing to the schools and the community as a role model of the message it brings.
This we have done by creating a framework for reflection and learning, building needs, evaluation, and impact assessment within Calabash Trust and in the programmes.
We are known to work in a very transparent manner and always promote open communication.
